Information you submit. Our contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. Please share only what is needed to schedule or ask a question — do not include detailed medical history in the form.
Automatically collected information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To respond to your message and schedule appointments.
To operate, secure, and improve the website, including limiting spam submissions.
To measure how well our advertising and website perform, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Children and young people

We provide care to children and adolescents as well as adults. This website, however, is intended to be used by adults: a parent or legal guardian should submit the contact form on a child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through this site.
